I recently got a used GeForce GTX 460 Gpu that was working fantastic with no problems. Recently it started messing up during game play (counterstrike GO Specifically). It is more than capable of playing this game on the highest settings. I downloaded Afterburner to see if it was overheating and it would peak at around 90 during some game sessions, even if it was only one match. Last night getting to 99C while playing Saints 4. I have already dusted it, and it didn't change anything.

I was thinking that it may be the case( which I do not know the ID) or may need thermal paste, or even something more.

Other Information:
CPU: AMD FX-4130 Quad Core
Ram: HyperX Blu 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) kingston
Motherboard: m5a99fx Pro r2.0
Powersupply: 500w
I only have one fan though on the back of the computer.

the gpu. in the pics, all I see is the case.
its common for the reference designed gpu's to run hot. What hurts more is dust/dirt that gets shoved down the fins and gets trapped there. Even though you say you cleaned off the fan well, its the gunk you cant see trapped down the fins that could be hurting your temps. if you do have a reference gpu, pull the cover off (careful with the screws , they are tiny), then clean it well. A toothbrush or paintbrush works well.

I took off the cover and put new paste on, but still reached 99C while playing Saints... I think I need a new case with more fan ports.

I was looking at mid-towers that arent too expensive (Around or below 100) and found this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811147107
What are your thoughts on it? I know that I can not use the CPU side fan due to my 212, which is upsetting but will run into the same problem with all mid towers to my knowledge.

it have 212.09 mm and the evo 212 need a max of 160 mm then this look like you gone be able to keep the side fan you still have 4 fan in 2 as intake and 2 as exaust that should at least reduce the case inside temp . you repaste the gpu or the cpu .
