Hi, I have a Coby netbook and I'm wondering why there is no wireless on my computer. When I go to settings, all that there is is "local area connection" no wireless. For some reason it just stopped showing up. The blue light on my computer (when you press Fn and F1) won't turn on and my computer cannot find it. I tried restoring my computer also, and it didn't work.

Restart your netbook and if it still isn't shown anywhere (including Device Manager and no errors shown in Device Manager) it could mean the wireless chip has failed.

If your netbook is still under warranty, contact the manufacturer, otherwise buy a USB wireless adapter.
