I have 2 sli 780ti's and a Asus RAMPAGE IV BLACK EDITION, i but the computer and the computer will only recognize one gtx 780ti, the other card doesn't show up in the bios or the device manger and i tested the card and the pci slot to see if either were dead and all worked fine, i just cant get it the recognize the other card at all any ideas.

Are the gpu locked into their pcie slots? Are they in the right slots - per mobo manual?

Is the SLI bridge attached properly? Are the power supply pwoer cables connected properly?

Have you set SLI with nVidia Control Panel?

Do two cards show up on Control Panel, Device Manager, Display Adapters?

Do both cards have the latest drivers installed?

I'm having the same problem my board.

Yes, the cards seeded correctly.
Both cards get power. (1200W supply)
The board does not detect the 2nd card - but does when each card is found independently. Tried each card in the 1st and 3rd slot - both work when not accompanied by the other. The 2nd card does not POST in the BIOS.
Yes, the bridge is found and properly attached.
Drivers are installed with the Nvidia Experience.

Turned out to be a bad boar. RMA'd and got a replacement.

Thanks for the support.
