I am currently using a GeForce GT 630 and tried overclocking it with MSI afterburner, I was looking at a separate thread and a person with the same card rose their clock up to 910 with no problem's so I figured i would do the same, i did and i went to test it with Skyrim on ultra and an odd effect came up and without words to describe here is a video.... http://youtu.be/nV7e92ORi0M
also sorry if the video isn't up yet it should be up in about 5mins(wanted to quickly make this thread) also it might be worth mentioning that the GPU is still cool (40C) and it is still fine outside of the game, i wish i could test it with a different but alas i don't have any other game's. Please help a person out?

(UPDATE)I tested it with a game engine and it had the same problem....

I cannot watch your video, but if it had artifacts (strange effects) the card cannot handle the frequencies and should be backed off .
Like maybe to standard? Msi are the fastest cards on the market,. To expire, anyway.
Clocking reference cards never bodes well.

Not all the same cards are capable to actually be OC'ed to the same as other people can. Those 'artifacts' that are occuring on your screen is basically because you OC'ed too much, and it can't handle it. You should turn it down, until the artifacts are gone. Keep testing it out by lowering about 10 clock every time, and test.

These lines and texture pops are a sign of instability, you need to either add more voltage ((probably this)or lower whichever setting you changed some. Not all cards OC the same even ones by the same manufacturer, some just handle it better than others. You may simply have to deal with something lower as far as an OC goes.

Okay thank you wasn't quite sure what it was but i had heard of something called artifacts when reading about it but it wasn't very keen on telling me what they were, and if it wasn't obvious i am defiantly new at OCing

You shouldn't really overclock any of your hardware before reading some tutorials etc.
I for instance with some knowledge about OC already broke my GPU within weeks.
It's a risky attempt, and usually you don't get more than 4-5 more FPS in games by overclocking.
