guys i wanted to ask which is the best graphic card for 15 2400 with Intel hd 2000 my budget is Rs 3000 or 50 $ so tell me which is the best i cant expand my budget as i already brought a benq XL monitor......

$50 won't get you much in terms of graphics cards. If you're desperate then look at the HD 5670 or GT 610, but honestly I'd say save up for a few months and see if you can get rs10,000 saved up, then get a 750ti

your not gonna get much for that mate. if your thinking gaming which is doable with your cpu. you will need to nearly double your budget for your gpu.
your looking at about 80-100 bux before you get to minimum recommended spec for gaming.
if you cant go that far then maybe look second for a hand gtx 270 or hd 5830 or better.
