my pc shows no display and no lights on motherbord

I played games and lefting games open i sleep my pc. Again after 30 min when i on my pc it shut down after 3-4 sec. I reset my pc and cleaned it's all dust. Then it works processor fan spins but their is no display at all. Nothing displays not the numbers that display on start up.
My procssor is amd sempron. Ram- 4 gb

Unplug from wall power, reset the BIOS to defaults (remove the CMOS battery for about 10 seconds), leave the computer sitting for about 30 minutes. Plug it in, try again. If it still does not boot, check the motherboard for any issues with the capacitors. It may be a bad video card, motherboard or power supply.
