i see what you mean , i have been scouring netherlands pc parts sites , the cheapest 760 goes for about 215 €
if you could go over your budget that would be a better card , however given your budget
the Gigabyte Windforce r9 280 is a good choice , the windforce cooling is great for heat dissapation

R9 280 will deliver better performance compared to GTX 760.
