is there a way to turn off the front panel power led light?

i have a corsair 300r with a asrock extreme 3 rev 2.0 is there a way to turn off the front panel power led light? its super bright. can i do this through bios?

Turn off the PC and unplug the cables labeled PWR LED (or something along those lines) from the motherboard.

Sure, just unplug it from the motherboard. The the connection is labeled IDE_LED.
