Here are my pc specs:
GPU:Gigabyte Radeon HD 7970 GHZ Edition 3 GB DDR5
CPU: AMD FX 8350 eight-core
Ram: 12 GB DDR3
PSU - Seasonic M12II 620W
Sound card: Prodigy Cube
Windows 8 x64

While playing on ultra settings I'm getting 70-80 fps and in random moments my game starts to freezes, and I'm getting 5 fps. I checked with MSI Afterburner my game while this freeze and here are the stats:

as you can see gpu usage drops from 70-80 % to 5-10 % and gpu core clock to 300-500 MHZ, like in 2D Mode lol. So the card is down clocking when it shouldn't.
My all drivers and windows 8 are up to date.
This problem occurs only in Battlefield 3 and Battlefield 4. Other games are working without any problems. Also I want to add, that after a few minutes my game starts to work properly and I can play normal..

Please help me fix this.

odd..
here are a few things to try:
1. reinstall/try older drivers.
2.try changing from directx to mantle(should be an option in the graphics settings, only in bf4 i reckon)
3. try both full screen, and borderless mode.
4.check cpu temps and disk usage

1. Installed and tested many drivers even latest beta.
2. there is no difference
3. I think Windowed Mode fixed my problems, running on maximum details without any problem :)
4. CPU Usage 40 %, Memory Usage 50 %, Disk Usage 0 % in task manager, game is installed on SSD
