First i just wanted to upgrade to workstation card, then i realize maybe i should just build a new rig.

So I'm gonna be using this system for autocad/autocad revit MEP, My budget is $700 dollars and maybe i can extend it to $850. I already have a monitor, os and peripherals. Please give me the list of components for my entry level workstation and use pcpartpicker. Thanks.
