The GTX 760 is stronger. I personally went for the MSI Gaming version since it's the most silent GTX 760 out there.

I Think So My Friend But I will have to reduce my ram from 8gb to 4gb to make it fit able to my budget

Sorry, I missed that. In that case, the R9 270X will be better as 8GB of RAM is required for modern gaming.

I would go Nvidia and try to find another 50$ and get another 4gb ram card. Even though many says that there is no difference in choosing between AMD and NVidia, the truth is that there is. NVidia has more cash and are involve with more developers than AMD as of now. GameWorks is Nvidias respond to Mantle even if it's not the same technology but must developers are leaning to NVidias tools. I believe most new games will be better optimized for Nvidia even though AMD will do it's best to catch up.

Even though i have Nvidia SLI in my system, that doesn't mean i'm a fanboy. I research and pick accordingly to what i find.

Now don't get me wrong AMD cards are awesome. I personally will be creating a budget PC soon and will be putting an AMD 270x for my wife but that's because my wife doesn't do gaming like I do.

If there is no way you can get the extra 4GB then the 270X is a perfect pick. But if you can get it, go for the 760.

4GB of 760 or R9 270X is not worth it at all if you don't plan to SLI or crossfire or multi monitor. 2 GB model is fine.
There will be 1-5% fps difference from the R9 270x and the 760.

We're talking about system RAM. With the 760 the OP can only afford 4GB, but with the 270X he can afford 8GB.

you will mostly play UE4 based games so don't make a decision you will regret, just get the 760, fair enough they are about equal in most games but for NVidia optimized games the 760 is a clear winner, unlike on amd optimized games when the difference is minimal

any one of those cards will be good at your res but GameWorks will be a pain if you join the red team

So Watch Dogs Should Run Fine On This Build At Ultra Settings and On This Res ?

I’ve seen reviews where it can’t even maintain a steady 60FPS with SLI Titans in Ultra settings. I’m waiting for better drivers before I even decide to buy this game.

i know about that but as you can see by installing the new driver and my res is 1366x768 on ultra settings with 4gb of ram i hope just to get +40 fps or +30 at least

with 4 gigRam you will play all games, its only WD that pushes 4 but other people run that game on 4gig
you will run Crysis no problem

your chances are 99.05% i don't see any problems, and if there are you just end them via task manager, i ran BF3 on 2gig of DDR2 when everyone was saying you need 4minimum, also your getting good quality ram so your good to go

it all depends on what programs running in the background are doing, so the answer is no and yes but 4gig should but its advisable to have more, but 4gig should be enough aslong as you limit the amount of programs running in the background

depends on the performance your getting, but nah if everything is fine don't close anything unless you want to, 4gig is enough for every game with only WD claiming 6 when in actuality people are playing with4
