i7 - 2600 CPU (3.40 GHz ...) 100% with lower requirements software

we have calculation problem with powerful i7 - 2600 CPU (3.40 GHz ...), it reaches 100% of usage and become slow in calculations. The software requirements:

Our license are "ESPRIT SolidMillTurn and/or SolidMill Freeform 3 and 5 Axis"

What we can do to solve the problem, should we look to buy i7 Extreme class processor?

All other files runing with this software works fine, but we have one file that processing very slow on this software, what the problem could be?

There are some other rather intensive minimum specifications.What are your other pc specs?

But yeah the min cpu is beastly ( 990x) so your sandy bridge I7 is only like a small step above minimum.

no, it is recommended requirements, not minimum, minimum are different
