gpu low clock

so on default gpu clock appears 304 MHz and on core clock 844 MHz in gpu z what could be the problem

i use the amd a10 -5800k in dual graphics and the clock apears like that even if i`m playin on the sensors tab on gpu-z but only on the igpu .. wasnt like that before
