beep with no signal on monitor and pc won't start

today when i start up the pc i got no signal in monitor with a beep sound (no ram beep error code)
..then i dislodges my rams from the slot and resettle them again and the pc boot up and working fine....even in the same slot they are working fine now though i am using different slots now for both of them............... what is the problem here?

After some time the RAM modules can become dislodged or dust builds up in the slots which affects RAM operation.
You have already fixed that problem by removing the RAM modules and putting them back, which cleans the slots.

make some sense...but how can they be dislodged after sometimes? and thanks for the answer

You never move the system case or remove the side panels to blow out the dirt & dust? I do that every few months and that can dislodge RAM modules - I always check them after cleaning.

did not know that? does it really happen? and about moving the case, i do it a lot..:D ..........
