So i plan on building my own computer fairly soon and have been scoping out a build and this is what I have come up with.

I like the build overall except a few of the parts seem to be not of high quality (the case and the Seagate Barracuda internal hard drive). Does anyone know of any reputable substitutes that would be compatible with my current build, or have a new build that would be better and still in the 700-800$ range? Thanks

instead of a seagate drive get a Western Digital. great brand in my opinion and i have one in my rig. PNY is also a good brand but I've never delved into SSD's yet so i don't know how well they fair in that category. the case is a great choice, should give you plenty of room for cable management.

Is the case and the internal storage good? I read reviews online and a lot of them were negative. I would rather spend more on those parts than have a faulty/defective one for cheap.

So I've started ordering some of the parts from the list i originally posted in the top of this thread and want to ask again to get a few second opinions. For $900 is that build good for a workstation? I want to run a ton of programming/coding programs and excel etc. I don't plan on doing much if at all video game playing on it. I just want it to be very fast and able to run all these programs with ease.

Thanks
