I was wondering if anyone could give me some feedback on a higher budget gaming PC build I'm planning on using. It has to be under $1800 and the monitor, and mouse, don't have to be included in that price as I already have those covered.

Build

CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i 77.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler
Motherboard: Asus P9X79 LE ATX LGA2011 Motherboard
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Storage (ssd): Samsung 840 Pro Series 128GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 770 2GB Dual Superclocked ACX Video Card
Sound Card: Creative Labs Sound Blaster Z 70SB150200000 24-bit 192 KHz Sound Card
PSU: Corsair Professional 750W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply
Case: Cooler Master Storm Stryker (White) ATX Full Tower Case
Optical Drive: Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer

Price:$1761.88
I'm using windows 8.1 since I might as well be up to date (even though I've heard there have been some issues with it).
Am I missing anything? Is there a part I could replace that would be more efficient and still keep me under 1800$?

This, so much of this. Get a Z97 board and one of the new unlocked I5's or i7's.

You also really don't need the sound card. I have a Sound Blaster Z, and the only thing it seems to do better than the on board is that it has a software switch to go between my headphones and my speakers. Though, you can't automate it so I have to alt-tab out of whatever I am doing, launch their controller software and flip a switch . . . so it's not even that convenient.

The money you saved from the CPU/MB combo sink in to the video card to get a 780 instead. If you need a little more cash you can not bother with the huge power supply or even water cooling in order to swing the better video card. You would have a much better gaming rig overall.
