in overclocking and future gaming which one is best 2500k or 3570k with gigabyte z77d3h mobo corsir vangence 8gb please help with best answer

If you are looking to the future, it will not pay to build using older technology.
Of the two, the 3570K would be better, but not by much.
In your budget range, I would point to building with the i5-4690K(aka devil's canyon) and a Z97 based chipset motherboard.
That will be stronger at the start, and give you a future upgrade path to broadwell.
