I'm just curious, because sometimes I can't find the benchmarks I want for Call of Duty Ghosts, but I would like to know if BF4 is heavier because from there I could make estimates for COD:Ghosts. So which one is heavier to consider a stress test?... (From those 2, not Crysis lol)

From the 2 you have give, Battlefield 4 will be more stressful, but it is more optimized to run on AMD cards, which will provide an edge over Call of duty ghosts when running on AMD Radeon cards.

Yes COD Ghosts is optimized for NVIDIA but not that much. Your best bet would be to get two equivalent cards and run both games on them and compare the results.
And overall as I have already said, Battlefield 4 will be more stressful.
