How good is the Cooler Master GXII 450W

Hello
I have low budget PC based on an and a8 6600k apu. How good is this psu?

The Cooler Master GXII 450W is a poor quality PSU
I would recommend a PSU from seasonic/xfx (also made by seasonic )
or any psu from the corsair TX,HX or AX range of psu's

The corsair is better and is recommended,but the 450watt version of the cooler master GX series is in tier 2B from the next list and is regarded as a good psu because of that,

Tier two Class B - Lower life span or slightly lower power output than rated. These are still great units, all of which are still within standard ATX specifications
