Im looking into upgrading my rig because i know my CPU is bottle-necking my Graphics card
i already own the ram but i want to know if this new motherboard and CPU are compatible with my current ram before buying them

Yep, all will be fine together. With the K CPU I'd look for a better mobo if you plan to OC, the ASRock Z77 Extreme 4 is one of the best and at $120 a steal (mines in sig)
