reinstall win 7 oem on upgraded mobo and cpu

want to upgrade to biostar a960d+ and amd athalon 2 x 2. I have a oem version of win 7 pro 64 bit installed now. Am I going to have a big problem getting win 7 to work?

Official position from MS.. if you change the Mobo - its a new computer So unless it is a replacement due to failure of the original Mobo. (and you cant replace with a "like" mobo) then you cannot reuse the OEM licence.
