I recorded this:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aDpL6ZykNZI

Problem displayed with Arma 3. (But makes the same noise in all other games)
Note; when I go back and forth into the server browser the sound stops for like 0,5 sec. I cant hear which component is giving me this weird noise.

Specs:
i5 3550
MSI Twin Frozr 770
Arctic Fusion 550w 80+

I opened up my case and tried to identify the source of the noise but couldn't.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

You can use the cardboard roll from a roll of paper towels with one end at your ear and the other end aiming around the inside of your rig to identify where the noise is originating from.

This works surprisingly well.

Even if I knew where it came from, I dont know what to do, maybe some people here have experience with this weird noise and can help me.

Sounds like coil Whine or buzzing. This is pretty common on some GPUs and on rare occasions some PSUs. It is not dangerous, just annoying if it gets too loud.

Make sure V-sync is on. This will help minimize it.

Here's another example video discussing it:

If it is coil whine, sometimes disabling Power Saving Modes in Windows and BIOS can make it go away also.
