Dell 530 Desktop CPU Uprade from E6420 to E8600, is it worth it?

My specs are,

E6420
Asus G33M02 Motherboard
4GB Ram
8600GT GPU- soon to be upgraded to GTX 750ti
400W Corsair PSU- recently upgraded after Original died

Do you think going from E6420 to E8600 is worth an upgrade?
I play occasional gamings, dont need all max settings, but enough to play modern games.

Brother you should upgrade your motherboard-processor combination and at least go for i3.
You will notice good difference in performance but it is not worth it to go for E8600.
Also the performance of the gtx 750ti will be bottlenecked by the E8600.
Use your money wisely.
