Hey guys,
I got bored and decided to build a low end system using spare parts from other computers. The only thing l need is a graphics card, specs are
AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800+ Windsor 2.0 GHz Socket AM2
3GB DDR2 memory
generic 350 Watt ATX PSU
Reused DVD/RW drive
80 GB SATA HD
Windows 7 Home premium 32 bit
I don't need a powerful card, just something that can play most games on low-med and better than the onboard ATI Radeon Xpress 1150. So, what are my options?

Make sure that the specific HD 7750 or GTX 750 Ti you pick does in fact only take power from the PCIe slot. Some aftermarket versions occasionally require a PCIe cable, which a super low-end power supply may lack.

The 750 Ti only draws 60-70 W. Even total system power draw under load will be way, way less than 300 W.
