I played the game for like 15 mins and the gpu goes to 71c why? gtx 770 msi twin frozr oc edition

Well I would assume it placing enough load on the GPU to make it work. They design the card to run quiet and within the specs.

Worry if it hits 80-90c

You can use something like Afterburner to make a fan profile a bit more aggressive if you want lower temps.

It runs quiet because many gamers do not want really loud systems.

If you do not like the temperatures, Please install Afterburner and try a custom fan speed profile. It will be louder, but cooler. How loud depends on your settings

Are you seeing better temperatures?

You set it from Settings -> Fan control and enabled it with "User define" next to the fan speed settings in the main window right?

The default Target Temp is 82c, so there really is no problem with your temperatures. Raising the fan speed when you're nowhere near that target is only going to increase your noise levels.
