i had a new computer built for the hopes of better graphics and performance and just got it yesterday- after i downloaded the game i would be mainly playing(Tera) and went to load in screen my FPS was at 2 constantly sometimes reaching 3, when I retried on my Laptop instead i was getting at minimum of 25. Im trying to figure out if there is something Simple I can do to fix this(maybe I didnt turn something on?) or if there is a clear reason why my laptop is out performing my new computer! Btw I know the Custom's graphics card isn't great(but its better than my laptops) so I know about the obvious "update graphics card".
