building a gamer PC without a case

Hi guys,
recently I noticed that my CPU's temp are rising ( specially in summer )
so I was wondering what is that technic that some Overclockers use !
they have a mounted pc without a case !
How can I do that ?

I wouldn't recommend it, since things could easily be wasted/dropped on it, and dust would build up much easier. If you are having overheating issues, you should look into upgrading your cooling. That could be a better case, better cpu fan, or go to water cooling.
