My PC clicks and grinds when I turn it on, If I take the PSU out and back in, it's fine until I move my tower, But it's fine for the rest of the time it's on, until I go to sleep and turn it on the next morning, and the issue persists.

Example

Solution
Clicking and grinding is a tell tale sign of a hard drive that is starting to go bad. I would immediately back up any important files and data and start shopping for a new hard drive.

As damric mentioned, an SSD would be a great choice. Better yet, get an SSD with enough space to hold all your OS and apps and then get a 1TB or 2TB hard drive as a storage drive.
Your hard drive has the same arthritis as in my spine. Hard to get started up, but generally ok for the rest of the day :D

But yeah seriously it's your HDD accessing files during start up until stuff is loaded into RAM. I would replace noisy HDD with SSD. Descent 120GB SSD is only $60-70 now.

+1 for this. If it has been quiet until now and is more than a few years old, backup immediately and prepare to order a replacement.

Hmm firstly, really appreciate the swift reply, secondly I'm sure it's the power supply, I moved it out of the case and when it was fan side down it would click, then I'd move it downwards and it would just grind with no clicking!

Sound like the fan in the psu is bad...what brand/model/wattage PSU is it?

Had a look, everything seemed okay but noise persisted, Bought a new PSU, put it in. Was completely fine until, I started playing a game and during the game the entire PC shut up, this happened before on my old PSU, the PSU gets really really hot and now my new one is grinding, and sharing my original problem with my first one, I'm so confused.

I hate to keep dismissing your suggestions since I'm asking you, but I assure you it's not the HDD unless that can somehow cause a power supply to grind and heat up :p

Only one way to be sure:
