You should be able to use 2122 ram.
But... your actual app or fps improvement will be negligible. Think 1%.

I see no reason why that case will not work for you.

Unless your game is known to be multi core friendly, like FSX, I think you would game better and cheaper with a i7-4790K devils canyon cpu and a Z97 based motherboard.

My canned rant on liquid cooling:

You buy a liquid cooler to be able to extract an extra multiplier or two out of your OC.
How much do you really need?
I do not much like all in one liquid coolers when a good air cooler like a Noctua NH-D14 or phanteks can do the job just as well.
A liquid cooler will be expensive, noisy, less reliable, and will not cool any better
in a well ventilated case.
Liquid cooling is really air cooling, it just puts the heat exchange in a different place.
The orientation of the radiator will cause a problem.
If you orient it to take in cool air from the outside, you will cool the cpu better, but the hot air then circulates inside the case heating up the graphics card and motherboard.
If you orient it to exhaust(which I think is better) , then your cpu cooling will be less effective because it uses pre heated case air.
And... I have read too many tales of woe when a liquid cooler leaks.
google "H100 leak"

I believe the whole thing is OP, man. If you invest anything more than 1750$ (1500€) for a pc, then you will start to see diminishing returns. Same goes for ultra low budget.

But if you must, then go for 32gigs, its the only quantity that makes sense with so much money thrown into it.

You don't need 32 gigs of RAM, unless your doing things like modeling or video editing. 32 is just overkill. You should put that money into a better whatever, or just keep it and save some money.

I will be putting a H100i in my PC next time I upgrade. Why? Because it's pretty much the best money can buy. Yes, it will cooler better than air, no it is not noisier, and no it is not less reliable.

While you are doing those searches for H100i make sure to read the handfull of threads from people who actually had issues and corsair paid to replace their 2x 780tis, etc. The percentage of failure form corsair H100's is so low I am convinced I'm going to try one.

Here are some links to performance reviews that include H100 and nh-D14 and also Phanteks PH-TC14PE
The results show that they all are within a couple of c. with overclocked cpus.
But... The slower turning 140mm fans on the noctua and Phanteks result in much quieter operation under load.

The H100i will cost $100, the noctua/Phanteks are in the $80-$90 range.

I would rather have no issues in the first place than get paid for them eventually.

Just my opinion.

The one place where I might go for liquid cooling is in a small form factor case that can not accommodate a tall air cooler.
