Need help building a starcraft 2 ultra settings pc for 450$

I'm custom building a desktop computer and I need your help picking out parts. My budget is around 450$ might be able to push to 500$ if needed. I'd like to run star-craft 2 on ultra settings with this computer. If ultra is not possible medium/high settings will work as long as i can play 4v4's
with a minimum of 30 fps. I really need help picking out parts. I was thinking the GTX 650 ti will be a decent graphics card but i'm clueless as to what else i'll need. I do not have a keyboard, monitor or a mouse. PLEASE HELP! THANKS!

I'm not sure you can fit the performance you are looking for into your budget. A copy of Windows is $99, a monitor is around $120 (depending on size and resolution) and that's almost half of your budget.

Keep in mind that SC2 is a CPU bound game (optimized for dual core CPU's), so for best results you will want an Intel CPU. For GPU, just refer to Tom's Best GPU's for Your Money chart for the best price/performance in your price range.
