^This, your system is so out of date, that you need CPU, MB, and ram. Something like this would be a solid, yet fairly inexpensive, upgrade.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Core i3-4150 3.5GHz Dual-Core Processor (£77.99 @ Aria PC)
Motherboard: ASRock H97 PRO4 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard (£74.59 @ Overclockers.co.uk)
Memory: G.Skill AEGIS 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory (£66.50 @ Amazon UK)
Total: £219.08
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

What is your current power supply? With your budget, you could probably get a decent GPU as well, if you are concerned with gaming performance at all.

If good enough, you could go with this.

I would get Logainofhades 2nd option.

Your GPU, the 650 Ti, is still a great GPU and should play games very well when paired with an Intel i5. That is well within your budget, and it is a good enough CPU that you can easily upgrade to nearly any GPU you want right now, no issues.

Hope that helps!
