Gigabyte GA-970A-D3P: I can't seem to overclock on it

I have an FX-6300 which is cooled by the 212 Evo, so I definitely have sufficient cooling (the thing idles at 9 Degrees celsius). I went into my BIOS on my GA-970-D3P, and for some reason there's no way to unlock the core multiplier or anything. There is a setting to Unlock CPU Ratio which when enabled doesn't do anything as far as I could tell. I have the latest BIOS installed (Labeled as F5 on Gigabyte's website) so I don't know if OC'ing was locked or something, but it's something I would really like to do. My phone is broken so I can't post pics, sorry. Any ideas?

I realize that most 970 motherboards are designed poorly for overclocking, but I've seen people say that they've OC'd on their systems and they used this specific Mobo, so I would at least like 4GHz, 4.5 if possible. If it is really that bad of an idea, I'll wait till I upgrade my build and get a better motherboard
