For SLI[ing], do you need the exact same graphics card.

I have a SLI compatible motherboard, power supply and I have an SLI bridge and plan to get another Gigabyte Windforce GTX 560. The one I have model name's name is GV-N56GOC-1GI REV:2.0 and the one I found and want to get is a GV-N56GOC-1GI REV:1.0 will this work okay with any performance drops? Thanks in advance for any replies.

Just make sure your PSU can handle the load. Your psu should have minimum 600w... 650 would be better....considering good brands like antec, corsair or seasonic not some Chinese noname junk.

Any GTX560 that you can buy retail should work.

As someone who invested in doing SLI GTX 580 about a year ago. I can tell you that at this point it is probably better to sell that 560 for what you can and buy a newer model card.

Okay thanks for the reply, I'm still going to SLI but thanks for the advice. The other 560 is about £20 and the first one I got for £80 some time ago and I really don't think I'd get the same performance spending £100 on a single card than buying those two. Maybe I'm wrong but I'd rather find out through experience.

My PSU is a Corsair TX750M with 85% efficiency so I think I'm set.

It's working great thanks, worked straight out of the box, no problems and I can play Payday 2 Ultra settings 120fps and I can play BF4 about 90 fps on ultra on single player and about 50 on multiplayer. I plan to get a single better card after the GTX 800 series comes out, but for now I'm spending my spare money on peripherals.
