You are pretty much at the limit of the CPU with just one 660. Two, forget it. You need an i5 and Z97 board or an FX 8320 with a 990fxa-UD3 at minimum. I wouldn't recommend the FX as AM3+ is a dead platform now.

Ok I will get the fx 8320 with Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 ATX AM3+ Motherboard

If that is all that you can afford, then go for it. Just be sure to bump it to FX 8350 speeds by setting the multiplier to 20, at the very least. I cannot really recommend FX anymore, since no new chips are coming out for AM3+. This is pretty much the best mix of price/performance and keeping SLI capability.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor ($184.99 @ NCIX US)
Motherboard: ASRock Z97 Extreme3 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($129.91 @ Newegg)
Total: $314.90
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

My new FAQ on the matter:

Bottlenecks for Beginners
THW is always in need of bottleneck explanation, so here is my take on the subject matter. Your "bottleneck" will be dependent on the software you run and your display. For gaming: Your CPU handles the game engine and will be able to make a... See full content
