Hi,

I was using Dell laptop and have stored many of photos and documents there and to my surprise the hard disk seems corrupted. I took out the hard disk and put that hard disk in external hard disk, and using another laptop for data recovery. But i used many softwares for data recovery including Asoftech but all in vain. The crashed hard disk was 500 gb hard disk, but now i can see two drives on my laptop one is E and another one is F. In propeties i can see E drive as 18 gb and this I can also select in data recovery softwares but drive F never is visible there in data recovery software. Please help me, will reaaly appreciate this.

Regards,
Anil

It's likely the drive is experiencing read errors due to physical instability.

You'll need a professional data recovery lab most likely.

Have you able to get the hard drive's SMART status information?
