I know SSD is great and cheap but i think HDD is sufficient, for now.
I built my PC in January 2014 with with this HDD: Click to see HDD
I have been torrenting a lot of games, movies, applications, etc with it and lately i feel that my computer is getting slower when multiple soft-wares are running and occasional it crashes or freezes.
I heard that torrenting does a lot of damage to the HDD, so i am wondering how to identify the depreciation of my HDD and whether i should get a new one or not.
And when i get a new HDD, how do i get everything from my old HDD to the new one?

there is really no indication that torrenting will put unnecessary wear onto your HDD, your crashing and freezing is likely the product of something else.

- run a virus scan (sometimes torrents have malware)
- defragment your HDD
- clean your registry, delete junk files and junk programs

You probably got a virus from all the torrenting. Follow the above to try to clean your computer.
