My new USB arrived in the post today and when I tried to use it, it didn't work. I plugged the 3.0 USB into a 2.0 Slot in my laptop and I was informed on the packaging and amazon notes that the USB was backwards compatible with 2.0.

The USB i bought was this one:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Corsair-Voyager-Slider-Capless-Sliding/dp/B00E5Z3NQY/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1402087233&sr=8-2&keywords=corsair+flash+voyager+slider+usb+3.0+flash+drive+64gb

I went to a different computer which had a 3.0 slot and I plugged it in there and it worked no problem..

I then did some research and found out that the driver may not be installed in the control panel, so I tried that and I was greeted by this message:

I am just confused at what to do and I need help?
