Cleaning silicone based personal lubricant off the entire face of a graphics card?

Is this possible? Someone recommended aerosol alcohol, but I've never used the stuff... will it just dissolve the lube or do I need a soft toothbrush or something? Any other recommendations? All help is appreciated.

If you're wondering, I have NO CLUE how it got there. It's a gaming computer that I haul around sometimes. I can only imagine that someone tripped and spilled a large mouthful of lube onto the top of my computer, which fell through the fan vents at the top, all over the cpu cooler/fan, inside of the case, and mostly just piled up ALL OVER the GTX 660 Ti. WTF, I'm surprised the computer ran for at least a few weeks before I even noticed the goo! And who would do this and not say anything! Mysteries of the universe...

This is an awkward scenario...

Aerosol alcohol should be fine. I would put it on a lint free rag and gently rub it off the back of the card. Make sure that the rag doesn't get snagged on any of the pins on the back of the card or you may run into a problem.

I have no idea what to use if your purpose is to leave it in.
Update for my own situation, I used the aerosol alcohol, but it took an entire bottle, taking it all apart, and an electric toothbrush to clean it up! But it worked!
