Building a desktop with the power of a laptop

Hello!

I would like a cheap desktop build that has the power of:

-Intel Core i3 3270m w/ Intel HD graphics 3000
-4gb RAM
-Any hard drive

I was thinking that an AMD A4 or A6 would be a good CPU/GPU for the build.

Please, don't suggest a graphics card as I am going to add one I already have to the build (But still, use a CPU with integrated graphics to keep the price down).

Additional notes: I already have an OS and monitor. Budget: $150

Thanks in advance!

$150 is a tight budget - can you specify which components you need and which you have (if any)?

$150 is a really small budget. Hope you have most of the other components. Also I am going to go ahead and assume this is just for email/facebook/youtube .. anything else is going to be tough.

I highly suggest to save enough money to at least get this build:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Pentium G3220 3.0GHz Dual-Core Processor ($54.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H81M-H Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($44.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: A-Data XPG V1.0 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($43.99 @ Amazon)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($49.99 @ Amazon)
Case: Azza CSAZ-206 ATX Mid Tower Case ($19.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: Corsair Builder 500W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($29.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $243.94
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

If it's not possible you could try to look for some good deals on ebay and craigslist. Buying a custom pc for $150 new will honestly get you garbage that's not worth the money.
