I just got my brand new 290x, was in the box still (sealed) with plastic on it.
I've put it into my PC, and installed/updated all drivers but whenever I try and play a game, it freezes, says the drivers stopped responding and have recovered..
also, when I launch the game, just as and there is any video, or moving image there are tons of white pixels that flash and disappear on the screen?
Have I done something wrong? is it a faulty card that's just been resealed and resold?
Is there a fix?
