hi all, the title says it all,
i have 2 displays connected to my gpu - one via DVI the other DVI-VGA converter
just for experimental purposes i'd like to try some things running across both screens,
when i set a custom resolution and windowed mode for a game it still dumps it into the size of primary monitor (far cry 3 for example) - but it gets a huge FOV that way which indicates to me the game actually runs at the desired resolution it's just scaled back to 1080p format...

If you are using a NVIDIA GPU
go to your NVIDIA Control Panel
Click on Display>Change resolution
Press on Customize
Press on create a custom resolution
and create the resolution you want :)
