What is a FX 8320 safe overclock?

I'm planning to build a pc and I picked up the FX 8320 as it fitted my budget and i heard it's just an underclocked 8350, So what is the amount of overclocking i can do to it?

With that PSU, no overclock is safe. Just leave it at stock until you get a quality PSU. Then feel free to clock it depending on how well you can cool it. Hyper 212 will probably get saturated about 4.2-4.4GHz on average from what I have seen.

You could trim off excess fat like ram and storage, ect.
