So I have a pretty decent gaming rig, but have decided it's time for an upgrade. I would like to get some big performance improvements AS I'm upgrading. So should I replace my GPU first, or the CPU and motherboard first?

And a little side question that probably doesn't belong in this part of the forums. What does the term bottleneck mean when referencing the CPU?

Thanks in advance guys!

What is your current specs?
