Using pcpartpicker.com I have been trying to find a good gaming PC. I have the display and peripherals but need some feedback. I DO NOT want to exceed my budget. Will this layout be okay?

I would go with something like this. Changed a few things around to put the budget money where it's important like the CPU, PSU, and GPU.

I know you probably like the full tower case (for the looks, trust me I know) but you could stick with a mid tower to put even more into the GPU or an SSD. If you know how (or want to learn how to overclock), an FX 8320 can get to 8350 specs with aftermarket cooling. You also want to go with 2 DIMMs of RAM to utilize dual channel mode. If you want more from your system and the ability to OC, go with this. I know you want to not go over budget, but this is just $40 bucks more.
