What is this? It only start happening today, it's not even overclocked, it doesn't happen in games only in Google Chrome I think.

I have a Windforce 780ti with Dual Monitors, also a VI Hero.

Again, nothing like this happened in game while playing Arma 3.

Looks like it, but artifacts don't necessarily indicate a hardware fault. They can be caused by glitches in an algorithm used to generate an image or in the drivers used to display it.

update chrome.
then go to windows updates.
check monitor cable connections at both ends.
try a new cable.

Chrome is up to date, as is Windows and my GPU Drivers. It only happened in chrome which was weird along with it just been on 1 monitor and not on the other if I remember correctly, but I am not completely sure. I have checked cable to and from each device and they seem to be fine, first time I have ever seen this.

It hasn't happened in a bit so I will update if it ever happens again, fingers crossed it does not though :)
