After use windows vista tranformation 9.0.1 my desktop is empty. Help Me!!!

You should have done a full system backup before installing any transformation pack because the pack modifies many of Windows' system files which can cause a major headache on some systems. Even if you never use transformation packs it's still wise policy to keep a full system backup in case the hard drive fails.
I think you will have to use Factory Recovery to get a working system back, but be aware that you will lose all your user files if you do that unless your factory recovery has an option to preserve user data.
