windows activation/ sticker

I have bought a new hp laptop for about Rs.-47000. It's windows is not activated and there is no sticker for the same. The message for windows activation appears each time when i logged in(THE PRODUCT KEY IS ALREADY BEING USED ON ANOTHER PC/ BYE A NEW PRODUCT KEY). What is the probable cause of this and what should i do now?

The product key may have been used more than once or someone else is using your product key
i suggest you contact microsoft on the phone , the number for microsoft will be provided in the activation choices, call them and sort out your options to activate with them
EDIT: if microsoft will not activate then talk to the people who sold you the pc

Bring it back to where you bought it and get your money back, it does not work properly. I'm sure it was assumed when you bought it that whatever version of Windows was on it would work. I assume a non-working operating system (which yours will soon become if it isn't activated) is not what you intended to purchase.
