I have an LG 23MP65 23" monitor. And it's been working great ever since I got it. But when I turned it on today it was kind of clouded? It's really distracting while gaming.

The blank screen is supposed to be completely black. I've heard of Backlight Bleeding, but that's usually around the edges right? This is covering the entire screen.
Anyone experience these issues? Anyone know a fix?
I have this hooked up to a laptop, and the laptop screen is fine. So it's obviously a problem with the monitor.
