Any last minute advice for first timer?

Well I've narrowed down a lot and got some help here and there and came up with this. I wanted something compact and I went with an mATX build. I need this for programming/gaming. I'm going to code in CUDA so I want the nvidia. The pcpartpicker says $294 for the i7 but I'm actually going to have someone ship me one from microcenter in Atlanta for $249.

I don't really want to overclock. Not on this build. I don't know enough about it yet and once this build is over I can think about a more powerful, larger rig down the road (probably years down the road with how much I'm spending here).

Any thoughts? Recommendations?

Thanks all, I feel more confident going into this build then. Didn't know anything about PSUs beforehand, so I was concerned about it but I'm going to pull the trigger now. Only problem is I'll have to wait till next week to actually build it...
