Using a TP-LINK 450Mbps Wireless Adapter right now and the connection is mediocre at best. I get 24 Mbps down and 5 Mbps up on my PC that is connected with Ethernet, but this Wireless Adapter does not get me nearly the speed that it should.

I also have a laptop that I am capable of getting 18 Mbps down and 5 Mbps up. I noticed when I opened up my desktop that the wireless adapter doesn't exactly fit inside of my case with my motherboard.

Anyways, any suggestions on what wireless adapter I could get to replace my current one?

EDIT: I forgot to mention I only get 7.5 Down and 4 Up on my desktop with the wireless adapter.

you will have lower speed connection on wireless then wired one and why it could not fit in the maotherboard andcase since it is a pci card one you may try to set your router to another channel that no one use around your place .
